局部濕疹，面積較小，癥狀輕，沒有明顯瘙癢，可以外用糖皮質(zhì)激素乳膏，如丁酸氫化可松乳膏、鹵米松乳膏、糠酸莫米松乳膏或鹵米松乳膏治療。局部合并細(xì)菌感染，可以加用夫西地酸乳膏或者百多邦乳膏，合并真菌感染則需要加用抗真菌藥物治療，可以外用特比萘芬乳膏、聯(lián)苯芐唑乳膏，少用刺激性較強(qiáng)堿性洗滌劑，清洗時(shí)水溫不要太高，皮疹面積比較大，瘙癢癥狀較重，可以口服抗組胺藥物，如撲爾敏、氯雷定、左西替利嗪或者依巴斯汀。癥狀嚴(yán)重者甚至需要系統(tǒng)使用糖皮質(zhì)激素。日常生活盡量不要吃辛辣刺激性食物，多吃新鮮蔬菜和水果。
皮膚濕疹是變態(tài)反應(yīng)性炎癥性皮膚病，容易反復(fù)發(fā)作。
