嘴角長痘原因很多，主要包括痤瘡、病毒感染、過敏性皮疹以及毛囊炎等因素。痤瘡，青春痘，可能與遺傳，雄性激素分泌旺盛，皮脂分泌增多，毛囊導(dǎo)管口角化異常，痤瘡丙酸桿菌感染有一定關(guān)系。注意清淡飲食，不吃辛辣刺激性食物，不吃油膩性食物和甜食，不飲酒。可以外用阿達(dá)帕林凝膠，克林霉素甲硝唑搽劑。
病毒感染，單純皰疹可能性比較大。為單純皰疹病毒1型感染，多在感冒或者是進(jìn)食辛辣刺激性食物后出現(xiàn)，可以口服抗病毒藥物，如阿昔洛韋或者伐昔洛韋，局部外用阿昔洛韋軟膏。盡量不吃辛辣刺激性食物。過敏性皮疹。可能是接觸過敏原引起的過敏。盡量不接觸過敏原，如花粉，粉塵螨，屋塵螨。局部可以外用爐甘石洗劑，短期外用糖皮質(zhì)激素乳膏。毛囊炎，細(xì)菌或者真菌感染引起的毛囊炎，可以到醫(yī)院皮膚科查真菌。根據(jù)病因，外用抗感染或者抗真菌藥物。
