心絞痛怎么治療

心絞痛指的就是在胸口的位置，也就是我們醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)語(yǔ)上所說(shuō)的胸骨后或者心前區(qū)出現(xiàn)了疼痛，心絞痛這種疼痛表現(xiàn)為在這些部位，出現(xiàn)了像悶痛、絞痛或者壓榨性的疼痛，而這種疼痛往往由于一定的誘因所引起。比如情緒激動(dòng)的時(shí)候，吃飽飯以后或者在上樓梯拎重物，還有就是突然從一個(gè)溫暖的環(huán)境進(jìn)入到寒冷的環(huán)境時(shí)，出現(xiàn)了上述不適的表現(xiàn)時(shí)，就要高度考慮是心絞痛的出現(xiàn)。
如果突然出現(xiàn)了心絞痛，首先需要做到的就是要盡量的去除誘因。比如正在爬樓時(shí)，需要停止活動(dòng)，或者拎重物的時(shí)候，要放下重物，如果出現(xiàn)心絞痛一定不要慌張，可以原地的進(jìn)行休息，同時(shí)還可以含服像硝酸甘油這一類的藥物。如果心絞痛持續(xù)不能緩解，一定要到醫(yī)院及時(shí)的就診。因?yàn)槿绻慕g痛持續(xù)，就不能除外是不是已經(jīng)發(fā)生了心肌梗死，此時(shí)去及時(shí)的就診是非常重要的。
