股四頭肌肌腱斷裂后，可通過手術(shù)修復(fù)斷裂的兩端，恢復(fù)過程較長(zhǎng)。
新鮮股四頭肌腱斷裂的處理，應(yīng)爭(zhēng)取在損傷后48小時(shí)之內(nèi)完成修補(bǔ)手術(shù)。可選擇兩種手術(shù)方案：
1、腱對(duì)腱的縫合。
2、腱對(duì)骨的縫合。
由于斷裂幾乎總是發(fā)生在退行性改變的區(qū)域，手術(shù)修補(bǔ)應(yīng)使用筋膜條或其他方式加強(qiáng)。也可采用三角形倒轉(zhuǎn)的舌狀股四頭肌腱膜瓣進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)手術(shù)。目前比較成熟的手術(shù)方式是使用縫合錨釘將斷裂的股四頭肌腱解剖修復(fù)于髕骨上極。
陳舊性股四頭肌腱斷裂的處理：股四頭肌腱斷裂數(shù)月或數(shù)年，修補(bǔ)較困難。若兩斷端能夠?qū)?，則可按新鮮股四頭肌結(jié)節(jié)斷裂方式修補(bǔ)。若發(fā)現(xiàn)兩斷端之間存在較大缺損，需用闊筋膜修補(bǔ)或自體肌腱重建術(shù)?？祻?fù)過程將近6-8周。一般要用石膏托固定膝關(guān)節(jié)，石膏托拆除后，建議在專科醫(yī)院康復(fù)科進(jìn)行功能鍛煉。
