膽管狹窄是怎么確診的

膽管狹窄進行檢查可能會發(fā)現肝功能的異常，包括轉氨酶的升高、膽道酶的升高、膽紅素的升高，而在進行相應的影像學檢查，可以B超可能會發(fā)現在狹窄段近段的膽管會有擴張，而進行增強CT檢查，可以明確地看到膽道狹窄段的存在以及狹窄段近段的膽管的擴張，磁共振膽道水成像對于診斷膽道狹窄的部位是有更加明確的優(yōu)勢，通過這項檢查可以明確的發(fā)現狹窄段膽管是單處還是多處，它存在的部位是在肝內、肝門還是肝外。所以對于膽道狹窄的患者，磁共振膽道水成像對于診斷是具有非常明確的優(yōu)勢。無論是何種原因和出現膽道狹窄的患者，都會有一些相關的臨床癥狀，比如表現為黃疸的發(fā)生。
膽管狹窄實際上是臨床比較少見的一類情況，它最主要的原因有以下這么幾個可能：
一、醫(yī)源性的膽管損傷，主要是在進行一些膽道相關的操作以后，比如腹腔鏡的膽囊切除或者開腹的膽囊切除以后，患者出現膽管的炎性狹窄。
二、一些膽道的良性疾病，比如免疫性的膽管炎；還有就是膽道系統的腫瘤，可能會導致膽管狹窄。
膽管狹窄實際上是臨床比較少見的一類情況，它最主要的原因有以下這么幾個可能：
