頸椎病會引起背疼。出現(xiàn)這種癥狀大多數(shù)見于頸型頸椎病，此類頸椎病病變的部位是下頸椎的位置，主要是頸椎第4、5、6頸椎，這些椎體對應(yīng)的脊神經(jīng)后支向背部延伸，支配頸肩背部肌肉的活動及感覺，當(dāng)這些神經(jīng)受牽拉導(dǎo)致受壓出現(xiàn)病變，就會出現(xiàn)局部肌肉活動受限，出現(xiàn)疼痛感覺，從而出現(xiàn)頸肩背部明顯的酸脹、疼痛的癥狀。
背部疼痛的范圍主要集中在兩側(cè)，肩胛骨的內(nèi)側(cè)，順著肩胛骨內(nèi)側(cè)緣向下直至肩胛角的位置，出現(xiàn)有明顯的酸脹疼痛癥狀，在低頭彎腰活動時，背部會出現(xiàn)明顯疼痛，如果此時在背部按壓，會出現(xiàn)疼痛加劇?？梢酝ㄟ^頸椎磁共振檢查，了解情況。
