乳房腫塊能不能治好需要取決于腫塊的范圍、數(shù)量以及腫塊的性質(zhì)。
乳房的腫塊大部分都是良性的病變。對(duì)于良性的實(shí)體瘤，單發(fā)或數(shù)量較少時(shí)，可通過手術(shù)完全的切除，達(dá)到治愈的目的。但是部分良性腫瘤切除后容易復(fù)發(fā)需二次手術(shù)的可能，特別是葉狀腫瘤，因此術(shù)后需要定期復(fù)查。
對(duì)于乳腺囊性的腫塊，如膿腫，囊腫時(shí)可通過手術(shù)或者抽吸囊內(nèi)容物使囊腔消失。乳汁淤積性腫塊在疏通乳管后腫塊消失。但是對(duì)于多發(fā)、較小且范圍較大的腫塊，手術(shù)不能切除所有的腫塊，手術(shù)的目的多數(shù)是解決癥狀較重的腫塊或者是懷疑有惡變的活檢為目的。對(duì)于乳房惡性腫瘤，手術(shù)要行根治性手術(shù)，對(duì)于早期乳腺癌，經(jīng)早期的手術(shù)，術(shù)后輔助相關(guān)治療后可達(dá)到治愈的目的，但是若腫瘤分期較晚或發(fā)生遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移時(shí)，預(yù)后不佳。
