乳頭內(nèi)陷了怎么辦

出現(xiàn)乳頭內(nèi)陷時(shí)，需要注意是先天性還是后天性的引起的。其對(duì)于繼發(fā)性乳頭內(nèi)陷需要特別注意是否手術(shù)病史、乳房腫瘤及哺乳期的慢性乳房炎癥，乳頭內(nèi)陷也可能是乳腺癌的表現(xiàn)，必要時(shí)需進(jìn)一步明確病因。對(duì)于先天性乳頭內(nèi)陷者，可先用溫水洗凈后，再用手指向外慢慢牽拉乳頭、按摩乳暈處或者用吸奶器將乳頭吸出，每天牽拉數(shù)次，時(shí)間依據(jù)內(nèi)陷的程度而定，直到完全不在內(nèi)陷為止。也可以直接采用簡(jiǎn)單方便的乳頭矯正器。對(duì)于乳房發(fā)育完全后，乳頭內(nèi)陷，經(jīng)反復(fù)牽拉乳頭無效者，要進(jìn)行乳頭內(nèi)陷的整復(fù)手術(shù)。
手術(shù)方法需要根據(jù)乳頭內(nèi)陷的原因，乳頭內(nèi)陷的程度而決定。術(shù)后并發(fā)癥包括乳頭壞死、切口感染、乳管損傷影響哺乳等。對(duì)于嚴(yán)重的乳頭內(nèi)陷，術(shù)后易復(fù)發(fā)，可能需二次手術(shù)。
