肺氣腫很嚴重嗎

肺氣腫的嚴重程度，因人而異。肺氣腫患者的典型癥狀為逐漸加重的氣短癥狀，活動耐力進行性下降。早期肺氣腫患者可以沒有任何臨床癥狀，僅在體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)有肺大泡的形成，這時癥狀較輕；隨著肺氣腫進展，平時生活中早期多在活動后如登樓或快步行走時感氣急，以后發(fā)展到走平路時亦感氣急。
若在說話、穿衣、洗臉乃至靜息時有氣急，嚴重時生活不能自理，提示肺氣腫相當嚴重。此外患者會出現(xiàn)呼吸困難，口唇和四肢末端青紫、咳嗽加重、乏力、食欲低下、消瘦等，而且隨著氣候寒冷和反復呼吸道感染，會進一步損害肺功能，加重肺氣腫的癥狀。
肺氣腫會引起肺功能異常，影響肺的換氣和通氣功能，造成缺氧和二氧化碳在血液內(nèi)潴留，造成心臟、大腦、肝臟、腎臟、胃腸道功能損害，可引起肺源性心臟病等，最后導致呼吸衰竭和心力衰竭甚至死亡。
