撕脫性骨折，大部分并不嚴重，但是對于威脅關(guān)節(jié)面的平整性以及關(guān)節(jié)的穩(wěn)定性的骨折，相對來說效果嚴重。
撕脫性骨折，臨床上指的是由于肌肉的強力收縮或者牽拉，以致其他的外力作用導(dǎo)致肌腱或者韌帶附著點的骨質(zhì)，部分或者全部撕脫而形成的一種骨折類型，常常伴有局部韌帶、肌腱的損傷，會引起損傷部位的局部腫脹、疼痛、關(guān)節(jié)的活動受限等。
一些撕脫性骨折，若不得到及時正規(guī)的治療，會出現(xiàn)關(guān)節(jié)部位的畸形，甚至導(dǎo)致關(guān)節(jié)的僵硬以及活動受限等表現(xiàn)。對于一些撕脫性骨折，如外踝、尺骨頸頭的撕脫性骨折，不影響到的關(guān)節(jié)面以及關(guān)節(jié)的穩(wěn)定性，應(yīng)該采取非手術(shù)治療方法，采取石膏或者肢體的外部定制動即可。
而對于一些撕脫性骨折影響到關(guān)節(jié)面的平整，以及關(guān)節(jié)的穩(wěn)定性，這時往往需要行手術(shù)治療。手術(shù)治療的目的是恢復(fù)關(guān)鍵面的平整以及關(guān)節(jié)的穩(wěn)定性，同時，行內(nèi)固定治療，患者可以早期功能鍛煉，利于患者關(guān)節(jié)功能的恢復(fù)。
