鎖骨骨折了怎么辦

大部分的鎖骨骨折，可以采用非手術(shù)療法進行治療，如可以采用手法復(fù)位后鎖骨袋或者是八字繃帶外固定進行制動。同時患肢進行懸吊，肩部避免受壓等。在固定期間注意復(fù)查拍片，明確折段有無移位以及骨質(zhì)的生長情況。
對一些嚴重移位的鎖骨骨折，或者是伴有血管神經(jīng)損傷，肩部其他部位的骨折，以及無法接受畸形愈合的患者，我們可以采用手術(shù)治療。手術(shù)治療，我們可行切開復(fù)位，鋼板螺釘內(nèi)固定進行治療，治療的目的是恢復(fù)骨折的原有解剖結(jié)構(gòu)，同時內(nèi)固定穩(wěn)定骨折端，患者早期可進行功能鍛煉，利于患者肩關(guān)節(jié)功能的恢復(fù)。
骨折后我們可以采用一些非甾體的抗炎鎮(zhèn)痛藥物，減輕炎癥反應(yīng)以及鎮(zhèn)痛，同時采用一些消腫的藥物進行治療。
