藥物流產(chǎn)是指通過用藥物終止早期妊娠的一般方法。它是規(guī)定懷孕小于49天之內(nèi)的。
它的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是比較簡(jiǎn)便，而且不需要子宮內(nèi)操作，對(duì)子宮是沒有創(chuàng)傷性的，所以大部分女性藥物流產(chǎn)如果成功的話，它是非常好的。
但是有的女性吃了藥物流產(chǎn)以后，容易導(dǎo)致胚胎組織的殘留。這個(gè)與女性本身的身體有很大的關(guān)系。這種情況下多見于有過多次流產(chǎn)史的，或者是生過多個(gè)孩子的女性。這樣的人，她的藥物流產(chǎn)的效果一般就比較差了。另外，如果子宮極度的前屈或者是后屈，也容易導(dǎo)致組織殘留。
所以在臨床上如果遇到是這樣的患者，最好還是做人工流產(chǎn)手術(shù)。如果是第一次或者是第二次懷孕做藥物流產(chǎn)，那么這樣的患者相對(duì)來說，她的成功率會(huì)高一些。由于藥物流產(chǎn)不需要手術(shù)操作，所以對(duì)子宮的損傷是比較小的。
