“前七后八”通常是指月經(jīng)周期中的非排卵期，俗稱為“安全期”，其中“前七”是指月經(jīng)前的七天，而“后八”則是指月經(jīng)來潮的第一天開始算起的八天。但這種計算方法僅適用于月經(jīng)周期在28天左右女性。對于月經(jīng)不規(guī)律的女性，非排卵期并不能簡單地推算為“前七后八”。
非排卵期是指除了排卵期外的日期，在不同女性中有所差別。正常女性的平均月經(jīng)周期為28天，可以將女性的每個月經(jīng)周期分為月經(jīng)期、排卵期和非排卵期。女性的排卵日期一般在下次月經(jīng)來潮前的14天左右，排卵日的前5天和后4天連同排卵日在內(nèi)共10天稱為排卵期。
需要注意的是，“安全期”并不安全，非排卵期避孕失敗的概率很大，建議使用安全套或短效避孕藥等有效避孕措施。
