大腸息肉通常無(wú)明顯癥狀，常在腸造影檢查或腸鏡檢查時(shí)偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)，但一旦息肉逐漸增大或發(fā)生癌變，則可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)便血或引起便秘腹痛等。
當(dāng)出現(xiàn)排便習(xí)慣改變、大便性狀改變、便血、腹部不適、
消化不良等表現(xiàn)，提示腸道有可能出現(xiàn)潛在病變，需要到醫(yī)院進(jìn)一步確診。大
腸息肉可通過(guò)腸造影檢查、腸鏡檢查、腹部CT檢查、虛擬結(jié)腸鏡檢查等進(jìn)行診斷。其中腸鏡檢查是確診大腸息肉的最重要手段，腸鏡檢查不僅可直接觀察腸道內(nèi)部整體情況，明確病變部位，如有必要還可同時(shí)進(jìn)行活組織檢查或息肉切除。
