腦梗走路不穩(wěn)能恢復(fù)嗎

腦梗出現(xiàn)走路不穩(wěn)的癥狀是具有一定的可能性能夠恢復(fù)的，這主要是由于走路不穩(wěn)，屬于腦梗以后的后遺癥，是梗阻的血管所供養(yǎng)的區(qū)域與運動支配的神經(jīng)相掛鉤，由于腦血管梗阻而引起該片區(qū)域的神經(jīng)，不能履行正常的功能，因而出現(xiàn)走路不穩(wěn)的表現(xiàn)。
此時只要神經(jīng)還未出現(xiàn)完全性的壞死，經(jīng)過藥物治療以及血管再通以后，是有逐步恢復(fù)的可能性的，另外有可能由于肌肉長期不受支配，引起萎縮，因此需要較長的時間進(jìn)行康復(fù)治療，來恢復(fù)神經(jīng)的支配功能。
但是由于存在一定的大腦損傷，可能會出現(xiàn)恢復(fù)效果，不理想的狀態(tài)。
