什么是遺精和滑精

遺精和滑精，雖然都有個(gè)精字，但是兩個(gè)意思不一樣，遺精指的是睡夢(mèng)過程當(dāng)中出現(xiàn)了精液射出來(lái)。那么滑精一般指的是和早泄相關(guān)，甚至精液不是射出來(lái)，是流出來(lái)，滑精一般不是睡夢(mèng)當(dāng)中，而是在人清醒狀態(tài)下出現(xiàn)的情況。
遺精分為病理性遺精和生理性遺精，男同志青春期發(fā)育以后，就有正常的遺精現(xiàn)象，如果頻次不多，同時(shí)沒有不適的狀況，那么這種遺精是屬于生理性遺精。如果過度頻繁，而且引起了精神不集中、疲乏，甚至影響到了生活和學(xué)習(xí)，這種就是病理性遺精，這個(gè)是需要治療的。
滑精實(shí)際上從中醫(yī)講分為虛和實(shí)兩種，有身體虛導(dǎo)致的滑精，當(dāng)然這種更為常見，還是人體的正氣不夠，射精沒有力量。那么實(shí)癥的滑精相對(duì)較少，滑精往往等同于早泄，有的治療滑精，比如現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)治療滑精，就按早泄進(jìn)行治療，中醫(yī)治療滑精，往往虛實(shí)進(jìn)行辯證。
