鼻屎帶血是否是鼻癌

鼻腔的鼻涕分泌物帶血絲或者帶點(diǎn)血，這個(gè)都是非常常見(jiàn)的現(xiàn)象，并不是鼻咽癌的特征性表現(xiàn)。鼻腔有的時(shí)候比較干燥，鼻屎會(huì)比較干，另外就是鼻炎剛剛好或者說(shuō)鼻炎的發(fā)作，這個(gè)時(shí)期鼻涕比較多，但是又沒(méi)有多到“稀里嘩啦”特別多的那種程度，正好是比較黏又干，就在鼻腔前端的時(shí)候它可能就會(huì)形成干痂。干痂在呼吸的過(guò)程中或者說(shuō)擤鼻的過(guò)程中摩擦黏膜，就會(huì)形成局部粘膜的破損，造成鼻涕帶血，或者干痂上帶血這種現(xiàn)象。
而鼻咽癌的特征性表現(xiàn)，一般是鼻咽部并沒(méi)有特征性的一些癥狀，而可能首發(fā)癥狀就是聽(tīng)力下降、分泌性中耳炎。鼻腔后端出血的時(shí)候就已經(jīng)是特別嚴(yán)重了，一般鼻炎癌如果出血的話，一般都是大量的出血，不會(huì)是少量的。
