因為壓力大導致功能性的月經(jīng)周期長，子宮內(nèi)膜息肉，子宮內(nèi)膜癌都會導致月經(jīng)周期長。
月經(jīng)周期長，實際上是這樣，先跟大家先談一談什么叫月經(jīng)。月經(jīng)就是女性的子宮內(nèi)膜的周期性脫落，其實和卵巢的周期性分泌雌激素孕激素有關系。因為卵巢周期性分泌雌激素孕激素導致子宮內(nèi)膜的增生，最后脫落，脫落了就是來月經(jīng)了。正常的月經(jīng)是什么情況？一般是這樣，正常的月經(jīng)就是28天來一次月經(jīng)，一次來5到6天就干凈了，量是中等的，痛經(jīng)是適當?shù)牟挥贸灾雇此幍哪欠N。月經(jīng)周期長是什么原因？就是有的人月經(jīng)正常五六天，結果這次來十幾天還不干凈，其實有很多原因，比如說是子宮內(nèi)膜炎，就是盆腔炎，就會月經(jīng)周期長。
月經(jīng)周期長是有多種多樣的原因的，所以想如果你們月經(jīng)周期長，出血時間長，一定要來醫(yī)院查。有的時候就是懷孕了、流產(chǎn)了就月經(jīng)周期長，實際上不是月經(jīng)，你以為是月經(jīng)，但就是出血，出血時間長。甚至有的是宮外孕，表現(xiàn)為月經(jīng)還是要來，但其實不是月經(jīng)，但淋漓出血，那就月經(jīng)周期長。有的時候更年期月經(jīng)周期也長。所以原因還有很多，具體情況具體分析，看看具體情況是什么再說。
