尖銳濕疣的癥狀

早期尖銳濕疣，由在潛伏期或者處于亞臨床感染時(shí)，無明顯的臨床表現(xiàn)，當(dāng)在男性的陰莖，包皮，龜頭，尿道口，陰囊，肛周，女性大小陰唇，前庭陰蒂，肛周等部位出現(xiàn)小的丘疹，繼而發(fā)展為指狀的疣狀突起，呈菜花狀等贅生物的時(shí)候可以伴有一定的瘙癢癥狀，同時(shí)也可以伴有性交時(shí)疼痛，如果疣體較大，病程較長，可伴發(fā)有破潰出血。
尖銳濕疣的治療過程及治療的效果因人而異，也因病人皮損的數(shù)目，部位等相關(guān)，如果患者皮損數(shù)目較多，一次性的激光或者光動(dòng)力不能徹底清除干凈可能需要做分次分批進(jìn)行，治療的效果也與治療時(shí)燒灼的深淺相關(guān)，如果首次治療燒灼的深度較淺，那么可能還會(huì)導(dǎo)致疣體的再度復(fù)發(fā)，治療時(shí)如果僅僅清除疣體，而疣體周圍受感染的細(xì)胞未能被及時(shí)清除，也有可能導(dǎo)致疣體的再度感染。
