HPV感染容易導(dǎo)致臨床上常見(jiàn)的尖銳濕疣等性病，具有一定的傳染性，皮疹主要表現(xiàn)為在男性的外生殖器，如包皮，陰莖，冠狀溝，陰囊等部位，女性的陰唇前庭，陰蒂，宮頸和肛周等部位，可以見(jiàn)到紅色丘疹慢慢蔓延，增大，發(fā)展成為一種指狀的疣狀突起。
尖銳濕疣是臨床上常見(jiàn)的性傳播疾病，因此就相當(dāng)?shù)囊欢ǖ膫魅拘裕饕膫鞑ネ緩街饕腥N，第一種也是最主要的就是性傳播途徑，當(dāng)在新接觸的時(shí)候，通過(guò)摩擦，病毒可以在粘膜上進(jìn)行復(fù)制，當(dāng)機(jī)體的抵抗力較低的時(shí)候，病毒大量的復(fù)制感染，從而產(chǎn)生了皮損，第二種也是少見(jiàn)的一種傳播途徑，部分的患者通過(guò)接觸了尖銳濕疣患者的內(nèi)衣內(nèi)褲，洗漱用品，馬桶等之后進(jìn)行了間接接觸的感染，第三種是母嬰傳播，新生兒在順產(chǎn)時(shí)，經(jīng)過(guò)受感染的產(chǎn)道，可以導(dǎo)致HPV病毒感染。
