什么是尖銳濕疣

尖銳濕疣又稱為生殖器疣，是皮膚科門診常見的性傳播疾病，主要是由人類乳頭瘤病毒HPV感染所致生殖器，肛門周圍等感染性，增殖性的損害。當(dāng)感染了HPV病毒之后，在男性冠狀溝等生殖器等部分女性的陰唇，大小陰唇等部位可以出現(xiàn)疣狀的疣體增生。
傳播途徑主要有性接觸傳播，母嬰傳播，間接接觸傳播，而性接觸是傳播是其主要的傳播途徑，間接傳播，它主要是間接接觸病人使用過的物品而傳染，母嬰傳播是在分娩過程中，胎兒通過產(chǎn)道感染HPV病毒。當(dāng)出現(xiàn)上述癥狀時(shí)，應(yīng)前往醫(yī)院就診，醋酸白實(shí)驗(yàn)陽性可輔助性判斷患尖銳濕疣的可能性。一旦確診，應(yīng)該積極有效的接受局部外用藥物及局部物理治療，以去除疣體，預(yù)防復(fù)發(fā)為主要的原則，建立患者治療的信心，提高患者對該疾病的認(rèn)識。
