腎虛脫發(fā)怎么辦

腎虛脫發(fā)可通過(guò)口服藥物以及經(jīng)絡(luò)治療的方式改善癥狀。
腎虛引起的脫發(fā)在臨床上非常常見(jiàn)，多會(huì)伴隨一系列其它表現(xiàn)，如腰背痛、腿軟、毛發(fā)纖細(xì)等。從中醫(yī)上講，要辯證看是腎陽(yáng)虛、腎陰虛或者陰陽(yáng)兩虛。
若為腎陰虛，可口服左歸丸治療。若為腎陽(yáng)虛，可給予治療；若為陰陽(yáng)兩虛，可給予六味地黃湯治療。在平時(shí)飲食中，注意多吃滋陽(yáng)補(bǔ)腎食物，如：海參、鮑魚(yú)、羊鞭湯等。對(duì)于腎虛型脫發(fā)，也可以采取經(jīng)絡(luò)治療，對(duì)應(yīng)穴位進(jìn)行按摩、針刺、艾灸、拔罐等，調(diào)整人體腎臟功能，使腎虛導(dǎo)致的脫發(fā)得到緩解。
患者不能自行到藥店購(gòu)買(mǎi)滋補(bǔ)腎臟藥物，運(yùn)用不當(dāng)反而會(huì)影響健康，不僅無(wú)法治療脫發(fā)，還會(huì)損害腎臟的其它功能。
