病毒性發(fā)燒怎么退燒呢？要根據具體的病情來做出相應的處理。病毒感染如果引起的是普通感冒，如果是低等度的發(fā)熱，是機體自身免疫力與病毒抗爭的過程，一般來說給予對癥的處理，注意休息，多飲水，適當的可以吃一些中藥的清熱解毒的藥物。如果是大于38度5以上中等度以上的發(fā)燒，需要給予適當的退熱的處理，常用的有非甾體類消炎藥，像布洛芬，對乙酰氨基酚，或者是阿司匹林泡騰片等。如果這個病毒感染引起的是流行性感冒，全身癥狀比較重，畏寒高熱，肌肉酸痛比較明顯，除了進行退熱的處理外，還要進行抗病毒的治療。
病毒感染在早期是不需要使用抗生素的，在后期可能會合并細菌感染出現血常規(guī)檢查白細胞增高，合并細菌的感染需要使用抗生素治療。生病期間呢要注意保暖，多飲水，清淡飲食，適當的開窗通風，避免交叉感染。
