如果有青霉素類藥物過敏史，可以口服左
氧氟沙星類藥物，配合抗厭氧菌藥物，如甲硝唑、替硝唑片口服，一般用藥一周，還需要配合促進(jìn)子宮收縮的藥物，如益母草膠囊或等藥物。藥流之后，要注意休息，加強(qiáng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)，多吃一些比如魚類、肉類、蛋類、豆制品等營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富的食物，增加機(jī)體的抗病能力，促進(jìn)受損器官早日修復(fù)。注意外陰衛(wèi)生，每天晚上用清水洗外陰，藥流后要禁止性生活和盆浴一個(gè)月。
