肝功能異常的表現(xiàn)有哪些

肝功能異常會出現(xiàn)乏力、厭油膩、右上腹不適的癥狀，程度加重易出現(xiàn)更嚴重的表現(xiàn)，如面色晦暗、凝血功能障礙、體表的皮膚出現(xiàn)毛細血管擴張、蜘蛛痣等，有的人還會腹脹、腹水。
肝臟是人體最大的實質(zhì)器官，肝臟的功能非常多也復(fù)雜，通過肝功能、抽血化驗、影像學檢查及臨床的表現(xiàn)，會發(fā)現(xiàn)肝功能的異常。
只有出現(xiàn)外來的肝炎病毒、長期飲酒、藥物導(dǎo)致肝功能損傷比較嚴重時才會有肝功能異常的臨床癥狀。如果肝功能持續(xù)受損，或是致病因素沒有清除，這時肝臟受損程度會加重，肝臟的合成、代謝、解毒的功能都會受損。因此不能只憑轉(zhuǎn)氨酶異常判斷肝臟損傷程度，而需通過病因分析、臨床表現(xiàn)，同時配合影像學檢查，來綜合判斷。
