便秘是不是上火

便秘主要由大腸的功能傳導(dǎo)失滯所引起，并不是所有的便秘都由上火引起比如長(zhǎng)期的積食，受寒大腸傳導(dǎo)凝滯，脾胃虧虛都可能引起便秘。
一、長(zhǎng)期的積食、飲食不適引起，也就是咱們現(xiàn)在所說(shuō)的上火，經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)大便酸臭、甚至口氣比較重、甚至還出現(xiàn)一個(gè)口臭的癥狀，這種就是由上火引起便秘。
二、受了寒邪之后，大腸傳導(dǎo)的寒主凝滯、傳導(dǎo)失常所引起一個(gè)便秘；
三、脾胃虧虛引起便秘，中醫(yī)叫虛秘，也就是說(shuō)大便并不是很干燥，但是排出無(wú)力。
由此可見(jiàn)，便秘并不全都是上火，但是很多是由上火引起，不要自行去購(gòu)買(mǎi)泄瀉類(lèi)的藥進(jìn)行治療，反而可能更加傷了脾胃之氣，如果虛秘就會(huì)造成不好的結(jié)果。
