腎小球腎炎原因

絕大多數(shù)病因并不是很明確，其中有一部分腎小球腎炎，如臨床上經(jīng)典的急性鏈球菌感染后的腎小球腎炎，是因?yàn)殒溓蚓腥竞髮?dǎo)致抗原抗體在腎臟沉積引起疾病，如像有明確病因的，如乙肝相關(guān)的腎小球腎炎，是患者乙型肝炎病毒感染后，導(dǎo)致了體內(nèi)的抗原抗體反應(yīng)，抗原抗體復(fù)合物沉積到腎臟也會(huì)引起腎臟病，叫乙肝相關(guān)性腎炎。像狼瘡性腎炎是由于全身疾病系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡累及到腎臟導(dǎo)致。紫癜性腎炎是過(guò)敏性紫癜后導(dǎo)致腎臟損害引起。這一類(lèi)是可以找到病因的。
原發(fā)的腎小球腎炎，沒(méi)有具體的病因可追溯，但一般都是跟免疫系統(tǒng)相關(guān)，治療時(shí)也是需用免疫抑制劑，來(lái)抑制身體的異常的免疫反應(yīng)。
