如何提高精子質量

目前提高精子質量，中醫(yī)藥的療效比西藥的藥效更好，比如中醫(yī)用補腎、健脾、活血、清熱，或者疏肝的綜合治療，其中以補腎為核心，再做健脾活血、疏肝清熱的治療；這對精子數(shù)量的提高，成活率的提高，畸形率的降低，以及液化程度的改善，都會有比較好的效果。因此精子質量的下降，中醫(yī)藥治療是比較好的選擇。
提高精子質量，這是個混合的問題。因為精子質量包括精子數(shù)量、精子的成活率、精子活動力、精子的畸形率等，即是一個綜合的名詞。提高精子質量就是數(shù)量少的時候，要提高精子的數(shù)量；成活率低、活動力差的時候，要提高患者的精子成活率和活動力；畸形率高的時候，要減少精子的畸形率，提高精子正常的形態(tài)率。所以，一般要盡量找到精子質量下降的原因；當找不到原因的時候，要根據(jù)醫(yī)生的經驗進行治療。
