腦炎的癥狀

腦炎是指腦實質(zhì)受病原體侵襲導(dǎo)致的炎癥性病變。腦炎是生活中較為常見的一種疾病，部分腦炎兒童的早期臨床癥狀并不是很特異，癥狀的表現(xiàn)很類似于感冒。會出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、全身乏力、咳嗽、流鼻涕的癥狀。隨著病情進展，逐漸會出現(xiàn)一些顱內(nèi)感染征象。例如患兒會出現(xiàn)腦膜刺激征。兒童容易出現(xiàn)顱高壓的表現(xiàn)。如會出現(xiàn)頭疼、眼睛疼、嘔吐等。有些兒童會出現(xiàn)一些局灶性的癥狀，如會出現(xiàn)偏癱。還會出現(xiàn)一些意識障礙，如在早期會出現(xiàn)嗜睡、譫妄、煩躁不安，有些兒童甚至?xí)霈F(xiàn)昏迷。
新生兒出現(xiàn)腦炎的臨床癥狀不是很典型，只是表現(xiàn)為低熱或體溫不升，出現(xiàn)拒乳、黃疸。但是腦膜刺激征的征象并不是很明顯。
