乳腺癌晚期的癥狀

乳腺癌術(shù)后大部分70％左右可以治愈，但可能30％左右會(huì)出現(xiàn)復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移。乳腺癌出現(xiàn)復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移，老百姓就叫晚期。
如果晚期患者出現(xiàn)復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移，比如出現(xiàn)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移，可能在表面可以摸到腫大的淋巴結(jié)，就是像一個(gè)腫大的小疙瘩；如果有肺轉(zhuǎn)移，可能病人會(huì)出現(xiàn)干咳、刺激性咳嗽，偶爾有咳中帶血；如果是骨轉(zhuǎn)移，會(huì)出現(xiàn)骨頭的疼痛；如果是腦轉(zhuǎn)移，病人可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)頭暈、頭疼或者惡心、嘔吐的癥狀；如果是肝轉(zhuǎn)移，有的病人會(huì)引起腹脹、食欲下降等。
所以，不同的轉(zhuǎn)移部位癥狀會(huì)有所不同，一定要做定期檢查。乳腺癌術(shù)后的病人，一定要定期隨訪，一般每三個(gè)月到半年，建議大家做一次檢查；檢查的目的是為及早發(fā)現(xiàn)復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移的表現(xiàn)；因?yàn)橛袝r(shí)沒有明顯的癥狀，病人可能也有復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移，一定要定期檢查，早期發(fā)現(xiàn)復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移、早期治療，效果會(huì)更好。
