癲癇有什么癥狀

癲癇是神經(jīng)科非常常見的疾病之一，大家都知道癲癇的病因是多種多樣的，有原發(fā)性癲癇、有繼發(fā)性癲癇、有隱源性癲癇、癲癇的病因不同，它的癥狀不同。
舉一個例子，如果癲癇是由顱內(nèi)腫瘤造成的，可能病人有長期的慢性的頭痛，做ct或者做核磁可以發(fā)現(xiàn)腦部的一個占位性病變；如果這個病人是一個原發(fā)性癲癇，即全身強直陣攣發(fā)作這種癲癇，那病人就表現(xiàn)四肢的抽搐，眼睛的上吊，有一過性的意識不清，而且可能伴有尿失禁，可能會摔傷等等。
另外也有一些其他類型，像精神運動性癲癇，病人表現(xiàn)精神運動的發(fā)作，可以有激惹行為，可以表現(xiàn)為胃腸部的不舒服等等。當然還有一些癲癇，像失神發(fā)作，小孩比較常見的，很短暫，突發(fā)突止，幾秒鐘即過，表現(xiàn)為一過性的意識喪失。所以癲癇發(fā)作類型不同，癲癇的病因不同，它癲癇的表現(xiàn)不同，就是你能夠想到的癥狀，癲癇都可以出現(xiàn)。
