帶狀皰疹怎么引起的

帶狀皰疹是由水痘帶狀皰疹病毒感染，所引起的急性皰疹性皮膚病。它會出現(xiàn)感覺神經(jīng)的受累而引起神經(jīng)疼。皮損表現(xiàn)為帶狀排列的簇集性水泡，一般沿單側(cè)的神經(jīng)分布，伴有劇烈的神經(jīng)痛。帶狀皰疹的病原體是水痘帶狀皰疹病毒。
在兒童初次感染，發(fā)為水痘，不表現(xiàn)癥狀者則為隱性感染。此后病毒會進入皮膚的感覺神經(jīng)末梢，并且潛伏在神經(jīng)根內(nèi)。當機體的免疫力功能下降時，比如感冒、惡性腫瘤、燒傷、外傷、使用某些免疫抑制劑等各種情況下，潛伏的病毒可以再次激活。而引起該部位神經(jīng)的帶狀皰疹。
