腦膜瘤手術(shù)風(fēng)險大不大

對于大多數(shù)腦膜瘤來說，腦膜瘤手術(shù)風(fēng)險不大。
因為很多腦膜瘤生長在凸面位置，這個部位較容易進(jìn)入，手術(shù)風(fēng)險可控。大多數(shù)醫(yī)院，包括專職專科的醫(yī)院、國外的一些醫(yī)院、國內(nèi)大的神經(jīng)外科醫(yī)院，總體手術(shù)死亡率基本上可以控制在1%以下，所以手術(shù)并沒有很高的風(fēng)險。
但是，也有一些特殊部位的腦膜瘤，手術(shù)風(fēng)險會急劇地加高，例如海綿竇腦膜瘤、枕大孔腦膜瘤、巖斜的腦膜瘤，甚至部分患者腫瘤長在頸靜脈孔等復(fù)雜部位，風(fēng)險幾率就會增高。
醫(yī)生手術(shù)時一定要權(quán)衡考慮，權(quán)衡手術(shù)切除風(fēng)險以及給患者造成的影響，手術(shù)首要保證患者良好的生活質(zhì)量，同時要盡量全切腫瘤，爭取獲得治愈的機(jī)會。
總體來說，腦膜瘤有治愈的幾率，因為腦膜瘤是大腦中最常見良性腫瘤。
