小兒感冒是多種多樣的，因?yàn)楹⒆痈忻暗陌Y狀不同，類型也會(huì)有一些差異。如果是風(fēng)寒感冒，可以適當(dāng)?shù)慕o小孩喝點(diǎn)姜湯，出出汗癥狀會(huì)改善很多。但是如果是風(fēng)熱感冒，就需要給孩子吃點(diǎn)板藍(lán)根或者是小兒豉翹顆粒類型的中成藥，這樣就可以得到比較好的作用。如果是病毒性感冒，大部分孩子可以自愈。家長在孩子感冒期間一定要讓他多喝水，這是很重要的一件事情，而且要保證孩子每天都有足夠的休息時(shí)間，不要給孩子盲目的亂用藥，以免造成一些不必要的影響。在寶寶感冒期間還應(yīng)該注意避免過度的勞累，平時(shí)一定要讓小孩多吃一些水果蔬菜，日常的飲食也要清淡一些。
