三叉神經(jīng)痛的病因分為原發(fā)性和繼發(fā)性。原發(fā)性病因不明，繼發(fā)性由于腫瘤、囊腫、口腔疾病等壓迫三叉神經(jīng)時(shí)會(huì)引起疼痛。
三叉神經(jīng)痛是很常見的疾病，主要是面部的三叉神經(jīng)分布區(qū)，陣發(fā)性的劇烈疼痛，有的疼痛得很厲害，嚴(yán)重影響生活質(zhì)量。目前找不到導(dǎo)致三叉神經(jīng)痛的具體原因。繼發(fā)性三叉神經(jīng)痛可找到病因，如腫瘤、囊腫壓迫三叉神經(jīng)，會(huì)引起三叉神經(jīng)痛；如口腔疾病，最常見的是牙齦疾病，可以引起三叉上頜神經(jīng)、下頜神經(jīng)損傷。所以常見的三叉神經(jīng)痛都是原發(fā)性，繼發(fā)原因需要去正規(guī)醫(yī)院查找原因，排除繼發(fā)性的因素。
