腎衰竭做哪些檢查

腎衰竭的檢查包括腎功能監(jiān)測(cè)、血常規(guī)等，檢查的項(xiàng)目不一樣，目的也是不一樣的。
臨床上診斷慢性腎衰竭的病人通常要對(duì)腎功能進(jìn)行定期的監(jiān)測(cè)，定期查病人的血肌酐、腎小球?yàn)V過(guò)率。慢性腎衰竭的病人可能會(huì)因?yàn)槁阅I功能不全出現(xiàn)各種并發(fā)癥，最常見(jiàn)的是貧血、鈣磷代謝紊亂和電解質(zhì)的異常，所以要定期給患者查血常規(guī)，觀察有無(wú)貧血。還需要查血里的電解質(zhì)，血鈣和血磷，看病人有無(wú)鈣磷代謝紊亂。
如果有代謝紊亂，要及早進(jìn)行處理，要給病人查血鉀。隨著腎功能的進(jìn)展，病人腎臟排鉀的功能會(huì)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，有的病人會(huì)出現(xiàn)高鉀血癥，有的病人會(huì)出現(xiàn)酸中毒。所以，要查血里的二氧化碳結(jié)合力或者是做血?dú)夥治觥?/div>
