雷諾現(xiàn)象是結(jié)締組織病的一種表現(xiàn)，特別是硬皮病，狼瘡也可以有。
主要表現(xiàn)患者遇到冷，甚至情緒激動(dòng)，輕者就直接變白，重者可以全身變白，表現(xiàn)越重變白的面積越大，變白實(shí)際就是血管收縮，缺血及氧氣供應(yīng)少，就會(huì)變紫，變紫以后又有反射性的充血變紅，然后就恢復(fù)正常，這個(gè)過(guò)程叫雷諾式現(xiàn)象，雷諾氏現(xiàn)象常見(jiàn)的是手指，但是個(gè)別也有耳垂、口唇，都可以有這樣的問(wèn)題。
