肝血管瘤有什么癥狀

肝血管瘤比較小的情況下，基本沒(méi)有任何癥狀，生長(zhǎng)速度比較快或者生長(zhǎng)比較大，對(duì)于肝臟周圍組織就會(huì)產(chǎn)生壓迫，比如膽囊的壓迫，轉(zhuǎn)氨酶升高，腹水，肝衰竭等癥狀。
對(duì)膽囊的壓迫，有部分會(huì)得黃疸。如果肝血管瘤特別大，在臨床里面看到過(guò)特別大的肝血管瘤，血管瘤長(zhǎng)滿了整個(gè)腹腔，占據(jù)了整個(gè)腹腔的位置，這種情況是極個(gè)別的，就會(huì)有腹水，整個(gè)身體狀況都會(huì)很差，有肝功能差包括到肝衰竭，整個(gè)肝臟的功能已經(jīng)不能夠滿足人體的需要。所以肝血管瘤要通過(guò)彩超來(lái)辨別大小，然后根據(jù)大小再?zèng)Q定炎癥嚴(yán)重程度，因?yàn)榇笮≈苯訉?dǎo)致癥狀的輕重。
