乳腺癌術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)再次手術(shù)要看一看復(fù)發(fā)的部位，復(fù)發(fā)指的是只是在手術(shù)區(qū)，比如做了保乳，在剩余的乳房上又長了腫瘤，或者叫復(fù)發(fā)的腫瘤。
如果全身沒有轉(zhuǎn)移，還是具備再手術(shù)的機會，而且通過再次手術(shù)也有希望獲得根治，但是如果在肝臟或肺、骨頭上出現(xiàn)了，一般不叫復(fù)發(fā)，稱之為轉(zhuǎn)移，一旦轉(zhuǎn)移以后，手術(shù)就不是首要的選擇，需要全身治療，要吃藥、化療這些辦法來做。所以如果只是在乳房局部甚至是局部的淋巴結(jié)的區(qū)域，手術(shù)是有機會的。
