腸鏡檢查中要注意什么

如果是做普通腸鏡檢查，需要配合醫(yī)生要求，完成體位固定或者呼吸條件，以減輕檢查過程不適感。在檢查過程中，可以及時(shí)跟醫(yī)生溝通自己感受，有利于醫(yī)生順利完成檢查。
為確保安全，檢查時(shí)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵從醫(yī)務(wù)人員指導(dǎo)，同時(shí)為便于導(dǎo)入內(nèi)鏡，并準(zhǔn)確觀察病變，檢查時(shí)還需向腸腔內(nèi)注入少量氣體，部分患者可能會(huì)因此而出現(xiàn)腹痛或腹脹，如出現(xiàn)腹痛或腹脹應(yīng)盡量放松緩慢深呼吸，如腹痛或腹脹逐漸加重且難以忍受，應(yīng)及時(shí)告知醫(yī)務(wù)人員。
此外，為便于順利推進(jìn)，內(nèi)鏡檢查過程中應(yīng)遵照醫(yī)生指導(dǎo)適當(dāng)變換體位。
