裸眼視力4.4是不正常的。五分制視力表測(cè)量的結(jié)果5.0以上為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)視力。視力不正常應(yīng)該到眼科就診，查找病因，檢查具體是什么樣的眼病，針對(duì)情況治療。
沒(méi)有器質(zhì)性病變，僅僅是屈光不正，通過(guò)規(guī)范的驗(yàn)光配鏡，佩戴合適度數(shù)的眼鏡，矯正視力是可以達(dá)到5.0正常范圍內(nèi)的。如果存在器質(zhì)性病變，視功能已經(jīng)受到損害，就不能通過(guò)佩戴眼鏡來(lái)矯正視力，要到眼科及時(shí)的就診，查找真正的病因，治療眼部的原發(fā)病。有一部分功能是可逆的，在可逆的范圍內(nèi)恢復(fù)一部分視功能。
