牙疼時能做根管治療嗎

牙疼時可以做根管治療。
其中大部分牙痛是因為牙髓組織被感染，導致牙髓組織發(fā)炎，引起的牙齒劇烈疼痛，根管治療是將根管內(nèi)的牙髓組織及感染物清理干凈，對根管進行預備，消毒，上藥等，等沒有癥狀后再進行根管充填。根管治療期間，不要用患牙咀嚼食物。治療好后做冠修復，可以將牙齒保護起來，延長牙齒的使用壽命。還有一部分牙痛可以不需要進行根管治療，如蛀牙，牙齒敏感等。
蛀牙沒有齲壞到牙神經(jīng)的可以直接將腐質(zhì)去掉，用補牙材料充填起來。牙齒敏感可以進行脫敏治療。建議到醫(yī)院進行檢查，好對癥治療。
