臍疝有哪些表現(xiàn)

臍疝最直觀的表現(xiàn)是在臍部突起包塊，在仰臥位的情況下包塊可以消失。在站立位或者是咳嗽、重力勞作過程中會(huì)導(dǎo)致包塊兒再次發(fā)生。臍疝會(huì)伴隨消化不良、腹部隱痛不適等感覺。只要沒有嵌頓表現(xiàn)，并且無咳嗽以及劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng)和重力勞作時(shí)，大多數(shù)患者一般沒有任何不適癥狀，只是在腹壁外觀發(fā)現(xiàn)有包塊。
由于臍疝的反復(fù)脫出，摩擦刺激可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)一定的不適癥狀。一旦是臍疝潛遁，會(huì)有較為明顯的腹部疼痛、嘔吐等癥狀，需要及時(shí)手法復(fù)位處理，可以避免腸管壞死而導(dǎo)致手術(shù)治療。嵌頓的臍疝多數(shù)也可以通過手法復(fù)位，如果手法復(fù)位不能成功，需要根據(jù)情況手術(shù)處理，及時(shí)解除嵌頓，恢復(fù)腸管供血，并做疝修補(bǔ)處理。
