痔瘡和肛管癌怎樣辨別

肛管癌和痔瘡都是發(fā)生在肛門周圍的一類疾病，但是它們的性質(zhì)是不同的。
肛管癌是一個惡性的腫瘤，它可以危及到患者的生命；痔瘡是一種良性疾病，它一般來說不會影響到患者的生命。
兩者的區(qū)別：
第一個，痔瘡是良性的，肛管癌是惡性的；
第二個，痔瘡的表現(xiàn)早期可以和肛管癌相同，也是肛門周圍的腫塊，部分有流血，甚至有潰爛等等。但是肛管癌會向周圍浸潤、擴散，甚至會有遠處轉(zhuǎn)移，但是痔瘡不會有遠處轉(zhuǎn)移或者向周圍的擴散，它最多可能就是癥狀的加重和進一步病情的加重；
第三個，肛管癌一旦要是發(fā)生了遠處的轉(zhuǎn)移，或者是腫物的進一步擴大以后，它會引起消瘦、惡病質(zhì)等等這樣一些表現(xiàn)，痔瘡一般不會。痔瘡有可能會引起貧血或者是消瘦，但是它不會引起極度的惡病質(zhì)。這就是痔瘡和肛管癌之間的一些區(qū)別。
