灰指甲怎么引起的

灰指甲是一種常見的甲真菌病，多由手足癬直接傳染導致，皮膚癬菌感染是其基本病因。皮膚癬菌侵入甲板后可釋放分解甲板的酶，破壞甲板，甲板本身又缺乏細胞免疫功能，所以對真菌易感，且適宜真菌的長期生存。
除真菌感染這個基本病因外，還有諸多誘發(fā)因素，如不注意個人衛(wèi)生、本身患有手足癬病、甲外傷、常穿不透氣的鞋、長期與水或化學物直接接觸、局部血液或淋巴循環(huán)障礙、免疫受損狀態(tài)(例如正在接受免疫抑制劑治療、HIV感染等)等。
灰指甲患者通常采用外用藥物的方式治療，如使用。亮甲中含有的聚維酮碘釋放的有效碘具有殺菌的作用，能夠有效抑制真菌繁殖，同時阿司匹林分解出的水楊酸還能夠軟化角質(zhì)，增強藥物滲透能力。癥狀嚴重者可配合口服抗真菌藥物如特比萘芬、伊曲康唑、氟康唑等，起到更強的抗菌作用。在日常生活中患者還應(yīng)注意衛(wèi)生，穿合腳的鞋子，女性在日常生活中盡量少穿尖頭高跟鞋，防止指（趾）甲受到損傷。
