如何確診前列腺癌

確診前列腺癌通常需要做前列腺穿刺、前列腺特異抗體、前列腺彩超、磁共振檢查。
前列腺癌容易使患者前列腺部位有腫脹和疼痛以及排尿不暢，可能會引起有尿血和尿潴留多種癥狀，有類似癥狀時可以完善磁共振和前列腺彩超檢查，通常能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)前列腺部位有占位病變。通過前列腺特異抗體檢查自身的水平出現(xiàn)升高時，可以診斷為前列腺癌，大多數(shù)還需要通過前列腺穿刺取出局部病變組織進行活檢，能夠有效的確診前列腺癌疾病。
通過以上檢查確診病情時，早期可以通過手術(shù)切除，晚期可以通過化療或者放療抑制腫瘤生長。平時要適量吃含蛋白質(zhì)和鈣質(zhì)以及維生素較高的水果蔬菜和肉類，增加自身免疫力。
