腫瘤標(biāo)記物有相當(dāng)?shù)呐R床參考意義，有一部分腫瘤的腫瘤標(biāo)志物的意義非常大。比如肝癌的甲胎蛋白，前列腺癌的PSA，前列腺特異性抗原，對于這兩種腫瘤有相當(dāng)大的意義。有些疾病的腫瘤標(biāo)志物也有很大的參考意義，比如癌胚抗原，對于胃腸道、肺癌以及婦科腫瘤都有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤標(biāo)志物升高一定要進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的檢查，比如肺部的CT，胃腸道進(jìn)行鏡檢以及婦科的檢查，盡量避免發(fā)生腫瘤不知道的情況。
腫瘤標(biāo)志物要動態(tài)觀察，如果在逐漸升高要高度警惕，特別是有腫瘤病史的病人。如果找不到實體的病灶，可以做PET-CT來進(jìn)行全身的檢查，加以明確。
