肝光點(diǎn)增粗是不是肝癌

肝的光點(diǎn)增粗，這種專(zhuān)業(yè)性的術(shù)語(yǔ)描述多數(shù)見(jiàn)于肝臟的B超，肝臟的超聲掃描當(dāng)中，不是描述肝癌的常見(jiàn)術(shù)語(yǔ)。
一般在超聲的報(bào)告當(dāng)中出現(xiàn)肝光點(diǎn)增粗的情況下，除了有結(jié)節(jié)病或者是特別小的結(jié)核灶等常見(jiàn)的疾病外，多數(shù)常見(jiàn)的就是肝臟的肝硬化，比如有慢性肝炎的病史，慢性肝炎主要常見(jiàn)的是慢性乙型肝炎、慢性丙型肝炎、慢性的戊型肝炎、慢性的丁型肝炎、酒精性的肝炎等，這些肝病時(shí)間長(zhǎng)了以后就會(huì)形成肝硬化，在肝硬化早期肝的細(xì)胞就會(huì)異常的增殖、增生，在B超的掃描上就會(huì)出現(xiàn)肝光點(diǎn)增強(qiáng)，這種情況下不是肝癌的表現(xiàn)。
