面部脂肪復(fù)位一般是怎么做到的

面部脂肪的復(fù)位，在臨床當(dāng)中，可以通過對下移的局部的脂肪墊、體表的軟組織進(jìn)行懸吊復(fù)位，也可以通過自體脂肪組織的重新移植，在局部容量出現(xiàn)不飽滿、欠缺的區(qū)域進(jìn)行回填，達(dá)到重新復(fù)位的狀態(tài)。
首先，隨著人體的衰老的過程，骨骼甚至是皮下的軟組織，都會出現(xiàn)容量上的減低。此外，在進(jìn)行一些骨骼和體表軟組織固定，它們之間的一些韌帶樣的結(jié)構(gòu)，也會在重力作用下，逐漸出現(xiàn)松弛、下移的過程，也就是體表的這些軟組織在具體的位置會發(fā)生了一些移位。
在臨床上可以通過懸吊的方式對組織進(jìn)行復(fù)位，也可以通過對凹陷和容量減少的局部區(qū)域進(jìn)行加法，也達(dá)到組織容量復(fù)位的效果。
