寶寶持續(xù)低熱，家長首先要確認(rèn)孩子是不是發(fā)燒了。低燒是指體溫在37度4-38度1之間，發(fā)熱一般分為感染性和非感染性，多數(shù)還是感染引起的。
鑒于細菌、病毒、支原體、衣原體結(jié)合等，比如結(jié)核桿菌感染，孩子會低熱，同時伴有乏力盜汗等不適癥狀。少部分發(fā)熱是因為患有腫瘤、內(nèi)分泌疾病或者是結(jié)締組織病，發(fā)熱僅僅是疾病的一個表現(xiàn)，是機體的一種免疫反應(yīng)，發(fā)熱的高低并不能反映病情的嚴(yán)重程度。
如果孩子發(fā)熱持續(xù)超過5天以上，或者是發(fā)熱出現(xiàn)了精神不振，不管是高熱還是低熱，都需要及時去醫(yī)院就診，找出病因、早診斷、早治療，以免延誤病情。
